We have since learned that there is a Federal lawsuit and hundreds of complaints against Nissan for this exact issue. I paid Safelite $508.94 for the repair. I still had to take it to a dealer because there was some glass pieces left in the door and it was causing my locks to lock and unlock continuously. While I was waiting for my Rogue to be fixed I was talking to a man waiting for his vehicle and he told me this is happening to other vehicles where the back window just shatters. I now hear glass shards sliding around in my rear hatch door and yesterday the lock wouldn't open properly for multiple attempts , finally opened.
