Jan 2026 POWER TRAIN,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE The vehicle experienced a loss of motive power while stopped at a traffic light and would not accelerate when the accelerator was pressed. The failure appears related to the powertrain/electrical system. The vehicle was unable to move and required a restart to regain propulsion. The vehicle remains available for inspection upon request. This failure placed my safety and the safety of other road users at risk due to the inability to proceed through an intersection as expected, creating a risk of collision. The problem has not been reproduced on demand, but it has occurred at least once and is consistent with an active safety recall (A7C) related to loss of motive power. The issue has been discussed with the manufacturer and a dealer, both of whom confirmed that no repair or interim remedy is currently available. The vehicle has not been physically inspected by the manufacturer due to the lack of an available repair. No warning lamps or messages were present prior to the failure, and the loss of propulsion occurred without warning.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM Following a manufacturer over-the-air (OTA) software update released in Fall 2025 and subsequent completion of Safety Recall 68C, my vehicle exhibits new and dangerous driving behavior that did not exist prior to these updates. While operating in electric mode, the vehicle can unexpectedly lose power during acceleration, including at roadway speeds and while climbing hills, creating a risk of sudden deceleration in traffic. Under electric operation, the vehicle accelerates normally up to approximately 45 mph. Beyond that point, electric power output progressively decreases even as accelerator input is maintained or increased. Vehicle speed can decline while the accelerator is further depressed, and the electric power indicator visibly drops. This often results in abrupt internal combustion engine (ICE) engagement, aggressive downshifting, and sudden acceleration. This loss-and-surge behavior is unpredictable and hazardous, particularly in traffic or on inclines. Prior to the OTA update and recall action, the vehicle provided consistent electric power well beyond 45 mph, and ICE engagement was smooth and nearly imperceptible. I consistently achieved approximately 22–23 miles of electric range on the same daily route. Post-update and post-recall, usable electric range has been reduced to approximately 14–15 miles under similar conditions, regardless of weather. The issue also occurs at low speeds, including complete loss of electric momentum while climbing hills, followed by harsh ICE engagement that can cause wheel spin. This behavior raises safety concerns related to power loss and unexpected acceleration. Based on the timing and nature of these changes, I am concerned that software updates may be intentionally limiting battery power output and usable capacity to reduce stress on potentially defective high-voltage batteries rather than correcting the underlying hardware defect. This materially alters vehicle performance and safety and requires investigation.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM I took my Jeep into the dealership for the 68C recall and when I got it back they stated they updated the software. I checked the history of the Jeep and did not see that the dealership charge the battery to 75% or do a test drive. My understanding is that these two things out of three were to be done for the recall to be completed. I just want to make sure it was done correctly. When I contacted the dealership they did not want to answer my questions about charging the HV battery to 75% or the test drive. Also according to the paperwork from the dealership it just shows "updates per recall."

Had to turn vehicle on and off 3-4 times to get back to home. Had to get vehicle towed to dealership and now has 3 recalls on it and two have no remedy. It has been since October of 2025 since this has been going on with no fix, no solution, no reimbursement for payments still being made on a vehicle that is not drivable.

Jan 2026 UNKNOWN OR OTHER I am writing to demand the immediate buyback of my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe due to catastrophic safety defects, multiple recalls, and Stellantis's own actions that have rendered this vehicle unsafe, unmarketable, and virtually worthless. The confluence of critical safety recalls, stop-sale orders, and the announced phase-out of this model line has created an untenable situation that warrants full repurchase of this defective vehicle. CRITICAL SAFETY DEFECTS AND RECALLS My vehicle is subject to the high-voltage battery fire risk recall, which poses an imminent danger to my safety, my family's safety, and public safety. The risk of spontaneous battery fire—even when the vehicle is parked and turned off—is unconscionable and represents a fundamental failure in engineering and quality control. I purchased this vehicle with the reasonable expectation that it would not pose a fire hazard that could destroy my property or endanger lives. Additionally, this vehicle is affected by the engine casting contamination defect, which compromises the structural integrity and reliability of the engine itself. This is not a minor defect; it strikes at the core functionality of the vehicle and raises serious questions about long-term durability and safety. STOP-SALE ORDER AND PHASE-OUT ANNOUNCEMENT Stellantis has issued a stop-sale order on these vehicles, effectively acknowledging that they are unfit for sale to consumers. If this vehicle is too dangerous and defective to sell to new customers, it is equally unacceptable for me to continue owning and operating it. The stop-sale order is a public admission of the severity of these defects. Furthermore, Stellantis has announced the phase-out of the Wrangler 4xe line, which has immediate and devastating consequences for vehicle value, parts availability, service support, and resale potential. This decision effectively orphans current owners and guarantees dramatic depreciation far beyond normal market conditions. CATASTROPHIC FINANCIAL IMP

Jan 2026 ENGINE Recall 78c issued with no remedy in a timely manner. Had to move from HI to CA on military orders and vehicle is stuck in Hawaii until there’s a remedy because it cannot ship with this recall. Manufactures only advice was to leave at dealership until remedy is out. Dealership would not hold our vehicle until remedy is ready.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE I cannot park my car in my garage or in my driveway for fear of the fire. This could happen while I am driving or parked. 2nd is that my Jeep could lose power and my Jeep could stop running while I am driving. This could happen on a highway going 65 MPH causing a crash which could kill or seriously injure myself, passenger and anyone else around. I received a recalls stating these warnings and that there are no fixes for it. I live in a townhouse development. If my car catches fire in my garage of my driveway all the houses will catch fire as well. And the 2nd goes without saying...I don't want to drive anywhere but to and from work. Crazy when I am making huge payments on a vehicle I cannot drive.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM I have two open serious recalls on my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. There is a recall for the batter/charging system so I cannot plug it in to the charger I purchased for my home. I also have a continuing issue with my gas tank - it will not fill and the nozzel clicks off even though I have next to no gas in the tank. I can't charge the car, yet can't fill it with gas. I have brought it back to the dealership 3 or 4 times in the less than two years of owning the car. There is also a recall that effects the engine so I am scared to drive it on the highway. Basically I was tricked into leasing a $60,000 piece of absolute garbage. I can't get out of the lease early without having to -pay some type of penalty or losing money, which is really unfair. The company knows about these issues and took advantage of customers.

Jan 2026 POWER TRAIN,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM After the 68C / NHTSA 25V-741 Recall was completed, the Jeep can be difficult to drive and will dangerously lose power or accelerate unexpectedly. When driving in Electric Mode it will suddenly lose power and often start the engine abruptly. I've nearly been rear ended when it lost power, but also almost crashed into the car in front of me when the engine started abruptly and gave full power unexpectedly. This is a new characteristic since the recall was completed. I spoke with the dealer assistant service manager, and he said that unless the vehicle is displaying an error or warning, that it is operating as Stellantis has written the software for the recall. I spoke with Stellantis and told them of the severe safety issue, and that I feel unsafe driving it. Since I've been told this defect is normal, I asked for a refund/return. They said "sorry" and can't help me and referred me to arbitration. This is a defective vehicle that has been rendered even further defective. Stellantis refuses to take any responsibility.

Jan 2026 UNKNOWN OR OTHER UNKNOWN I did not get a letter from the manufacturer alerting me to these recalls. I was told by the service center that there is currently no remedy available. I was told there was no restrictions. I then contacted the manufacturer and was told there are no remedies available and no timeline as to when they would be available. The recalls cite possible fire, and stopping while being driven. No one can guarantee my safety.

Jan 2026 STEERING,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE Loss of motor power recall has been present since October 17, 2025 - #25V710. This is an issue that started with our specific Jeep prior to this recall. It is January now and no remedy has been found. The manufacturer will not provide a loaner or rental for us even though the car has shut off on us personally on multiple occasions. They asked us to take it into the dealer to perform a diagnostic, they are unable to reproduce the shut-off issue we've experienced and have told us there is nothing they can do at this time. I looked up at your website and see there is an "interim corrective action" that has been implemented to avoid loss of motive power using an update to the backend policy while a final remedy is still under development. When I asked the dealer to either confirm if they at least performed the interim corrective action or if they can guarantee we will not experience loss of power anymore. I was told they could not answer the question and that they did not have anything they could perform on the vehicle at this time and told us we can pick it up. Again, this issue has happened to us personally on multiple occasions and have been fortunate that it's only happened on residential streets thus far. We do not feel safe to drive the car around on a daily basis and just hope the car doesn't shut off again in a more dangerous situation until a remedy is found. We originally brought this car into the dealer for a similar issue on October 14th - the dealer updated some software and gave us the car back on October 16th. By October 18th, we had a check engine light come up again and on October 19th, the car would not start on occasions again. Again they took it and said they did a software update to it. The shut off issue persisted again in December when we stopped driving the car and were able to get a rental from them for the 25V-741 issue but they are saying because they themselves cannot replicate our 25V710, they can't help us again and no fixes are available.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL Driving around town and the car just dies on me. I had my kids with me in the car this time when it happened. This is now getting scary when my car is my daily driver and I should not have to worry if I have my kids in the car when I drive it and it just dies. If my kids get hurt due to an accident from this dang recall that is taking MONTHS to get any remedy I should be able to get out of my lease with my jeep. If my kids get hurt in any way with this damn recall it my car catches fire with my kids in the back seat. I am coming full force with lawyers.. something needs to happen soon before my kids get hurt because jeep does not care about the safety of their customers. Their apology is a $100 gift card.. they need to just take them off the market and get anyone one out of their leases without any penalties.. if they do not make it right they will loose a long time customer..

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE I am filing a safety complaint regarding my leased 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. The vehicle is subject to an open safety recall involving the risk of engine fire and sudden engine shutdown. At this time, there is no available remedy. I have contacted Jeep Customer Care and Stellantis Financial Services multiple times and was advised that because the vehicle is leased, the issue is "out of scope," and arbitration may be my only option. I have received no written response to my safety concerns. I am concerned about operating or storing a vehicle with a known fire risk and no repair available. I am seeking manufacturer action to address this unresolved safety defect.

Jan 2026 STEERING,UNKNOWN OR OTHER,ENGINE This compliant is based on the manufactures unwillingness to provide a rental car despite the fact the car is in the shop now for over a week. They have stated in writing that they will not provide a rental car or alternative transportation until the repair for NHTSA recall number 25V-766 or 78C is determined. This leads me without a usable vehicle for an unknown period of time and their refusal to provide a rental in the main time while the vehicle is under factory warranty is a dereliction of their responsibility to provide a working product to the customer. I have a call with the manufacturer FCA which is #95240670.

Jan 2026 POWER TRAIN,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE The vehicle experienced repeated loss-of-power and stalling events while driving, including after a software update, which required the vehicle to be towed to a dealership. Similar drivability issues occurred earlier after purchase. The vehicle currently has multiple open safety recalls. Despite repeated attempts to work with the manufacturer and assurances of follow-up by assigned specialists, no direct contact or resolution was provided. My wife will no longer drive the vehicle because it has stalled due to software loads, and we can’t park it in our garage in fear of fire and there are other recalls as well. We bought it because it was electric and Jeep advised you should not plug it in to charge the battery.

Jan 2026 UNKNOWN OR OTHER I am submitting this complaint regarding my leased Jeep Wrangler 4xe, which has been affected by two recalls: Recall 68C: My vehicle was not drivable for over 60 days while awaiting a repair under this recall. For 60+ days this recall was a fire risk, left me unable to charge my vehicle, and I was advised to park away from structures or other vehicles. This caused a significant and unreasonable loss of use, even though a fix is now available. Recall 78C: My vehicle is currently affected by Recall 78C, for which no remedy is available. Because of this recall, I have been instructed to limit vehicle operation due to safety concerns, including the risk of engine failure, unexpected vehicle crash, and fire. These restrictions prevent normal and safe use of the vehicle. The combination of these recalls has resulted in substantial impairment of the vehicle’s use and safety. Stellantis has had more than a reasonable opportunity to repair these defects. I am concerned that the vehicle poses an ongoing safety risk and that delays in remedy are unreasonable. I request that NHTSA document this complaint and investigate Stellantis’ handling of Recalls 68C and 78C, and I am submitting this in conjunction with a formal Ohio Lemon Law demand for lease repurchase.

Jan 2026 ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM Under recall 78C, Sand Contaminated Engine, I was advised by the manufacturer FCA to contact the dealership immediately if there were any unusual sounds/movements while operating the vehicle. On January 10th, 2026, the vehicle is noted to be making a new clicking/vibration sound. I contacted the dealership Milton Ruben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Augusta GA who towed the vehicle to their location. Upon vehicle arrival, the sales manager Ben at number [XXX] called this consumer and stated he did not want the vehicle and wasn't going to service it because they catch on fire, and that he will just place it on the back lot. So now I am without a safe vehicle to drive and this is a leased vehicle that is under manufacturer warranty.
