I did the update when I came home and the next day when I started driving the car it abruptly stopped, signals were blinking including the engine system one and it was stating that I was experiencing an electric issue. It was also asking me to put the car in parking mode and I needed to shut off and restart the car to gain power again but it was stopping really quickly after again. The next day, while driving, the jeep kept losing power and the engine shut off multiple times. The check engine light went on after the loss of power but not before. Vehicle seemed to lose some power assist features like steering. I wasn't going fast, so it was hard to tell exactly what switched off, but the brakes felt stiff as well. I was able to stop the Jeep, turned it off, and then back on... which *seemed* to resolve the issue but then I had a check engine light on. I have a small diagnostic tool so I plugged it in and it give me 3 codes about control modules experiencing an "improper wake up" (whatever that means).
