| May 2024 | STRUCTURE | The interior of the updated 2022+ Silverado 1500 and 2024+ HD Silverado has multiple chrome surfaces lining various components of the dash and center console. When operating the vehicle during daylight hours, the reflectivity of the chrome reflects sunlight and directs glaring light into your eyes at various angles. This glaring and dazzling light reflection causes a direct blinding irritation to the driver that interferes with visibility outside of the vehicle and reduces the driver's ability to safely identify and react to changes in the roadway or surrounding traffic. This is an issue that is widely reported by a multitude of owners across online forums and social media groups. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
