Mar 2026 UNKNOWN OR OTHER I heard noise coming from my truck, sounded like it was in my wheel. Feb. 4, 2026 I took it to a repair shop. They told me it was the recall on my truck and gave the nut and bolt that had broken off my truck. I called Stanley Ford where I bought the truck to get the recall fixed. They told me they had the part and would get it out the next day (Friday) because I was leaving that Sunday on a work trip. They called me on Friday and said the part they had was for another vehicle and it would be 3-4 mths before they would have the part and I couldn't drive the truck. The software was not updating (even with a battery change) and I asked them to reset since we changed the battery. They told me it would $400 plus to fix that. They have not offered a vehicle for me to drive and neither has Ford. Ford was called and everything was explained to them. I am without a vehicle, with no real estimated time on when I will get my truck back and nothing has been done. No loaner, no paying for my truck since I do not have it. I have been without a vehicle for a month and 1/2. I work a full time job. I have a statement from repair shop and pic, but it won't let me upload.

Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. When the vehicle was purchased, the contact requested the Retrofit/Activate Heated Steering Wheel option. When the vehicle was delivered, the contact realized that the option was missing from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the dealer suggested that the contact read the manual to learn how to turn on the Retrofit/Activate Heated Steering Wheel. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and the contact explained that the option was missing from the vehicle. The dealer refused to assist. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but provided no assistance. Upon further investigation, the contact became aware of Customer Satisfaction Program: 22G06, which was associated with Ford and Lincoln vehicles with the Retrofit/Activate Heated Steering Wheel option deleted during production due to supply shortages. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and mentioned specifically that the vehicle needed the Customer Satisfaction Program: 22G06 "Heated Steering Wheel Performance Upgrade". The dealer refused and informed the contact that the vehicle could no longer be taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 40.

Mar 2026 WHEELS Received recall 25S82 rear axle half-shaft and hub assembly replacement in August of 2025. Dealer confirmed in September 2025, both right and left components need replaced. I was told parts are on order. I check on the recall parts each month and told various stories. For instance. 1. Only one OEM manufacturer of these recall parts 2. Only large dealerships are getting them. 3. First come first serve, yet reports on social media that some Ford owners are getting repaired in two weeks. 4. Tied to VIN number, not tied to VIN number. Whatever the situation, 6-months and counting with no assurance of parts is unacceptable. I cannot trust to take this truck outside of my local towing company’s business radius.

Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The 12v battery on these vehicles are severely strained or defective AGM batteries have been used since vehicle inception in 2022. Dozens of reports from owners show "system off to save battery" error codes and 12v symptoms such as inoperable multi-function displays, especially in cold weather. After replacing the OEM 12v battery, i have pictures showing the bulging the battery has suffered. Again, these errors are experienced by dozens, if not hundreds of owners and could lead to serious injury because the 12v battery operates all electronics in the vehicle.

Mar 2026 VISIBILITY The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH, there was an exploding sound coming from the vehicle. The contact became aware that the front glass panel in the panoramic sunroof had shattered without impact. The contact pulled over and discovered that shattered glass was all over the sunroof liner. The vehicle was initially driven back to the residence, and the hole in the glass was covered. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer, where the failure was confirmed. However, the contact was informed that there were no recalls or warranties on the vehicle to cover the repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and the contact was provided with a case number. The failure mileage was 36,793.

Mar 2026 POWER TRAIN See attached document for complaint. On January 6th, I wrote to you expressing my concerns about Ford’s failure to address a known safety recall (Safety Recall Notice #25S82/NHTSA Recall 25V512) for my 2023 Ford F-150. To date, I have received no response to my initial inquiry which prompts me to send this second letter. In fact, I am writing this letter as I sit in my local Ford dealership for routine maintenance service. At check-in today, I again requested that they determine if my vehicle was in need of the repair specified in the safety recall. Again, I was told “sorry, but Ford is not sending us the necessary parts, so there is nothing we can do at this point”. They said that I should periodically check back with them. I reminded them that I was put on a waiting list for these parts. I have included a copy of my original letter to Ford, so I will not repeat all my concerns. I believe it is important to fully document the facts and my repeated attempts to resolve this matter so that there will be a clear trail of evidence should this unaddressed and known safety recall ever create subsequent safety issues for me or my family. How a company with the size and reputation of Ford can issue a safety recall and then not provide the means to correct a known safety problem is unfathomable. The safety recall notice clearly states that the vehicle “...may roll in park without the parking brake applied, or, alternatively, lose motive power, both of which can increase the risk of a crash”. It then goes on to state that “parts are now available to repair your vehicle”. Frankly, I do not know if parts are in fact available, but my dealership has made it clear that they are not getting these parts. It has now been three months since I first attempted to remedy this matter. For Ford to effectively ignore this known safety issue seems to me to create a serious potential for liability. However, I will leave that to legal counsel should this ever result in injury or accident to my family. Also, I called the Ford Recall Assistance Center regarding my concerns. After briefly putting me on hold to research this matter, the representative advised me that the parts are on back-order and are expected to become available sometime in the third quarter of 2026. I asked her why Ford would state in writing that the “parts are now available” when, in fact, they are at least six months out (9 months from issuance of the original recall notice). She apologized but could provide no answer. I find this unacceptable for an issue involving the safety of my family. I feel that I have done everything possible to address this known safety issue through normal channels with no response back from Ford or the dealership. So, I have copied the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) as I believe that it is important for them to be aware of this matter. I expect better from Ford Motor Company.

Mar 2026 POWER TRAIN I received an "important safety recall" notice 25S82 from Ford motor company in August, 2025. The notice from Ford states that replacement parts are available and to schedule an appointment with a local Ford dealership to replace necessary parts and address the safety recall concerns. Since August of 2025, I have contacted my dealership several times and they continue to indicate that parts are still not available from Ford to address the safety recall / concerns. I called the number on Ford's recall notice again today and they either don't answer or immediately hang up on customers like me when the call does go through to speak to an agent. Nine (9) months have passed now and neither Ford nor their dealership network has done anything to address the manufacture defects / safety concerns associated with my vehicle. My dealership has indicated there is a nation-wide back order on the replacement parts but that conflicts with Ford's written communication to consumers and it's no excuse for inaction that could put public safety further at risk. Please take necessary actions to increase Ford's focus on and resolution to this persistent risk. Thank you.

Mar 2026 STEERING While driving my 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor, the vehicle suddenly lost throttle response. The accelerator pedal produced no response and the engine would not rev even though the vehicle remained powered on. A battery warning light briefly illuminated at the time of the incident. I was able to bring the vehicle to a stop, but during the event the steering wheel became locked or extremely stiff and the vehicle did not respond normally to inputs. After stopping, I placed the truck in park and was unable to shift the transmission back out of park. The vehicle appeared to remain powered on but multiple systems were not responding. After pressing the start/stop button and cycling the vehicle, the issue cleared and the truck began operating normally again. Prior to this incident, the vehicle had already been scheduled to go to the dealership because it had been displaying numerous warning lights and diagnostic codes across multiple systems, totaling approximately 30 alerts. The vehicle was taken to a Ford dealership for diagnosis. The dealership reported codes indicating a network communication issue between vehicle modules but stated they were unable to reproduce the failure and no repair was performed. The dealership has requested that I take possession of the vehicle despite the unresolved cause of this failure. Given the loss of throttle response and steering function while the vehicle was in motion, I currently feel the vehicle is unsafe to operate until the underlying issue is identified and corrected. A sudden loss of throttle response and steering control while the vehicle is in motion creates a significant risk of collision, particularly in traffic or at highway speeds. The fact that the failure temporarily cleared after cycling the vehicle suggests a potential intermittent electronic or communication failure affecting critical vehicle control systems.

Mar 2026 WHEELS Rear axle component failed on my 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat. Vehicle completely lost mobility and would not move. We were stranded on a dangerous freeway exit. A recall repair for issue was performed. A second failure of the axle was later discovered during tire service. This is a repeat failure of a major drivetrain component and raises significant safety concerns. Additionally, the first failure was very traumatic. We had just left the funeral home preparing for my 15 year old daughters funeral. The freeway exit it left us stranded at was unsafe to remain in the vehicle. In order to be safe, we had to go stand in a cemetery. Having this component fail just after a year of being fixed is a serious ongoing safety concern.

Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 MPH and hauling a trailer, the rear brake lights failed to illuminate. There were several messages displayed related to the trailer connection and brake lights. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the trailer was difficult to control, and the display screen inside the vehicle was flashing off and on. The vehicle was driven back to a storage facility. While reversing and attempting to park the trailer, the message that the trailer was disconnected from the vehicle was displayed. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was contacted and informed that the VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V104000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, EXTERIOR LIGHTING). The contact stated that the vehicle had experienced the failure listed in the recall. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.

Mar 2026 UNKNOWN OR OTHER The moonroof on our F-150 exploded going down the interstate. Nothing was hit and it sounded like a gunshot. The headliner remains intact with no damage and glass blew out at an upward angle. We submitted to Ford for a warranty claim but they denied it. Based on my research this is a known problem from Ford and they are not addressing it.

Mar 2026 WHEELS The vibration occurs consistently above approximately 40 mph and becomes more pronounced at highway speeds. It is felt in: • Gas pedal • Underbody near shifter • Steering wheel • Seat Despite numerous repair attempts and replacement of major drivetrain components, the vibration has not been permanently resolved. Truck keeps throwing road force on brand new tires as well. Repairs and attempts have included: • Tire pressure corrections • Multiple tire balances and road force balancing • Replacement of all four tires • Subsequent rebalancing of the replacement tires after road force values continued to fluctuate • Additional tire replacement when road force variation repeatedly returned despite proper balancing • Replacement of both front hubs • Replacement of both front axles • Replacement of front steering knuckles • Replacement of front differential ring and pinion bearing kit • Replacement of right front axle • Replacement of transfer case • Replacement of front driveshaft • Diagnostic tire swapping from another vehicle for comparison At one point, test tires from another truck were installed to isolate the concern, which resulted in the vibration spreading further into the steering wheel and seat. The issue affects drivability and confidence in the vehicle at highway speeds. Current visit beginning January 7, 2026: Vehicle has remained at the dealership continuously with no return to me and no confirmed repair completion (now exceeding 40 consecutive days). The cumulative days out of service significantly exceed 30 days. Despite substantial drivetrain component replacement, the vibration concern persists. The persistent vibration affects normal use, drivability, and confidence in the vehicle at highway speeds. Persistent drivetrain vibration at highway speeds raises safety concerns. Repeated axle, differential, transfer case, and driveshaft replacements indicate unresolved mechanical instability.
