| Jul 2023 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | Had been driving for 35 miles on 70mph freeway when dash lights illuminated stating the parking break would not disengage. This truck has an electronic parking break that was not engaged. Truck then said it was going into reduced power mode and shut off acceleration over approx. 5 MPH. I later read the alerts in the Toyota app and it stated “ a malfunction in the electronic control of engine” and a “malfunction in the intelligent control system”. I nearly got rear ended by multiple semis since I had no power. Took truck to dealership but because the “they couldn’t recreate the issue”, they gave the truck back. This is a huge safety issue with these trucks and Toyota needs to do something about it. It appears to be a common issue with the turbos in this new engine. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Jul 2023 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | My gas gauge does not work properly . When I fill it up it showing full. The first time they replace a gas pump and some other things. I picked it up drove it around and the same thing happened. Took it in a second time and they told me Toyota has no solution to fix my gauge . | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Apr 2023 | SERVICE BRAKES | Brake rotors warped at 30,000 miles. Thats ridiculous. I went 230,000 on my 2011 Tundra with the original rotors when I sold it. There is an issue with the braking system or the technician may have improperly torqued my lug nuts. I personally think Toyota has an issue. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Apr 2023 | VISIBILITY/WIPER | When driving into direction of the sun, the design of the hood has a reflection that hits the driver right in the eye with a magnified and stunningly bright glare. It is so blinding even with sunglassses on that I have to drive with one hand up in view of driving blocking it in order to be able to continue driving. It is every time you drive into the direction of the sun. Incredibly dangerous. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Jan 2023 | SEATS,VISIBILITY/WIPER | I actually have too very serious issues with my new Tundra. 1) my seat is coming loose from floor of my truck every time I take a corner it feels like it's going to tip over and makes a loud clunk and it feels like the back of the seat is separating from the part where my rear end sits (aka my butt) 2) when it rains the water flows off of the hood and then I am assuming the fan that goes to radiator spits a blast of water right in my driver's side of windshield, this because the poor design of the grill on certain 22 Tundra Limited models. Very dangerous if you ask me or anybody else that has this problem which is quite a few people from what I have seen on 2022 Tundra Forums. Those are just 2 major issues of the many I have. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
