| Dec 2023 | POWER TRAIN,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE | Battery charge, over heated, failed power train, and failed 4x4 happened all within seconds of each other. We were on a 2 lane hwy where there was very little room to pull off the main road. It was Christmas Eve and we were about 60 miles from home. We had to pay around $400 dollars to have it towed home and it was freezing outside while we waited. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Dec 2023 | ENGINE | Flat towed vehicle behind motorhome. Followed Fords instructions to the letter. Transmission fried even though computer showed flat tow engaged. Ford refused to warranty this issue and blames the operator due to an internal memo. Ford dealerships have acknowledged their is an issue with their flat tow system but Ford refuses to warranty. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2023 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | The transmission has a grinding or scraping noise when clutch is not engaged. No warning lamps or messages. It has been below 50 degrees, but even after the day warms, the noise is still there. I have not taken it to the dealer yet as there are many reports from other people with the same issue and all have been told it is "normal" when it gets cold. This does not make sense. I have had manual transmissions in the past and have never heard this type of noise when it was cold. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2023 | VISIBILITY/WIPER | Driving 25 mph on a residential concrete road lost vision through windshield . A sudden storm caused leaves to block sewer grates from draining water . When going through 6-8” at curb side . I started turning wipers to high and I didn’t see improvement quickly. I slowed down to 20 mph for the following one and same thing again total loss of visibility . Thinking about it I’ve driven through the same amount of rain sitting on this same road with many different automobiles… And never experienced this kind of loss of visibility, especially at this slow of speed . Help us before someone gets hurt or killed . | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2023 | SERVICE BRAKES | Nearly every time I operate my vehicle I get a brake warning pop up on my instrument cluster. It definately happens every time cruise control is activated | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2023 | ENGINE | Driving down the road on 10/31/23, all of a sudden the entire vehicle started to shake, then the check engine light came on, then the vehicle started shaking even worse- losing power and sputtering. Pulled over and had it towed to dealer- Buckhannon WV- they checked the compression and found nothing. I am still waiting for someone to look at the vehicle's engine to determine the issue- I have not even owned this Bronco for 3 months when this happened. It only has 24000 miles on it. It left me stranded along the highway- my friend had to come and pick me up. I currently have no vehicle to get back and forth to work. Its sad that you pay such for a vehicle so you don't have to worry about getting back and forth and now it looks like I will be waiting for months- no Bronco and no one seems to be concerned. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2023 | POWER TRAIN | Ford is experiencing a problem under normal driving conditions on multi year Broncos (21' to current) that have very limited miles - with regards to the front pinion seal leaking badly (noticed during a routine oil change) and it appears to be IMHO a design flaw that not only impacts the seal but also the front differential, internal parts and possibly the axle. Any disruption to the drive train has the potential beyond just rendering the vehicle inoperable,..while driving in 2 or 4WD conditions, the impacts could be widespread. IMHO, Ford needs to look at the design and redesign and test. This has also happened multiple times on the same vehicle (from Bronco6G forum reports). In addition to the recall - Ford should immediately publish a TSB on this as wel | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

The failure mileage was approximately 58,000. | Crash: No Fire: No | 58,000 |
| Oct 2023 | ENGINE | Once the vehicle hit around 3000 miles it started making a loud clicking noise while the vehicle was running parked or driving . The noise continued to get louder. When I called New Brighton Ford where i purchased the vehicle brand new on 4/25/23 at the end of June I was told to make a service appt. The soonest they could see the vehicle was 4 weeks later. Because of the continued noise I called on about July 12 2023 they agreed they would look at it upon looking at the vehicle. It was found that the engine was in engine failure. They kept the vehicle for six weeks and had to replace to the engine. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2023 | ENGINE | 2022 Ford Bronco loss power while driving moderate speed (35 - 55 MPH) and would not immediately restart after the first attempt. After finally restarting it would continue to stall. The car was towed to the dealership where after four weeks of investigating they found the catalytic converter to be melted. The car has now been sitting at the dealership for 7 weeks with an "indefinite lead time" on replacement parts. My Bronco only has 14,000 miles on it and no determination on what caused the catalytic converter to melt. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Aug 2023 | SEAT BELTS | Rear Middle Seatbelt extremely difficult to access. It is a different seatbelt than rear passenger and rear driver so seatbelt extenders are not available or do not work. Seatbelt sits to low for access for passengers, especially children in car seats. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Aug 2023 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | Owner's ford bronco 2022 continues to exhibit unsafe behavior: where after entering 4L, reversing and then moving forward (manual transmission), the rear camera will not disable until the vehicle is shut off. Despite active recall sent from Ford (in post card) as well as present on NHTSA on this vehicle (ford bronco 2022) after reaching the dealership in person, calling ford headquarters. | Jul 2023 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER,BACK OVER PREVENTION | The soft top on the 2022 four door Bronco does not properly latch. I know earlier years and some 2022s were recalled for this but mine has not been recalled and it needs to be addressed. Also the back up camera and 360 cameras do not work | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Jun 2023 | VISIBILITY/WIPER | While wipers are in full-time mode, they will occasionally switch to intermittent mode even though rain continues to accumulate on the windshield. This forces me to take my left hand off the steering wheel to 'reset' the wiper system while driving with limited windshield visibility. Taking my hand off the wheel during a downpour is unsafe and should be the last thing I need to be concerned about. My vehicle is available for inspection. Dealership replicated the fault on similar Broncos and said it was 'normal operations'. They claim that the wipers go into intermittent mode so the wipers motor doesn't overheat. However, there is plenty of rain on the windshield when I've experienced the transition to intermittent mode. No warning lamps, messages lit up during this failure. I have a video available that documents this issue. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
