| Dec 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | Center dashboard experienced an instrument cluster failure causing the center dashboard information to go completely blank so that the mileage, amount of gas, speed, warning lights, etc. are all no longer visible. | Nov 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | I have the same malfunction as described in New Safety Recall Advanced Communication – 30B released on 9/5/2024, but my VIN is not included. The malfunction relates to the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) that becomes blank. As noted in 30B: "[a]n IPC that is not visible to the driver may result in the driver's attention being diverted from the driving task while trying to locate a desired display, which can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. The condition described above does not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 571.101, Controls and Displays S5.3 requires vehicles to "illuminate telltales and their identification sufficiently to make them visible to the driver under daylight and nighttime driving conditions." The IPC in the suspect vehicles may not illuminate the required telltales." Can you please add my Jeep VIN to the recall list? | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Nov 2025 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER,VISIBILITY/WIPER | Component or System: Driver’s sun visor assembly (hinge/mounting bracket near top left of windshield). Description of the Problem: While driving, the driver’s sun visor became loose at the hinge where it connects to the plastic mounting near the top left corner of the windshield. The visor then detached completely and was left hanging by the electrical cord, obstructing my forward view and creating an immediate safety hazard. Safety Risk: The detached visor blocked my line of sight while driving and could easily cause a collision if it occurs at highway speeds or in traffic. Additionally, with the bracket broken, the visor can no longer be used to block sunlight, increasing the risk of glare and impaired visibility during sunrise or sunset. Inspection and Confirmation: The issue was verified by a Jeep dealership; however, they stated that there was no permanent repair available other than visor replacement. This occurred several years ago while the jeep was still under warranty. Availability for Inspection: The defective visor is available for inspection upon request. Reproduction of the Problem: Based on multiple online reports and discussions found on Google and Reddit, this appears to be a common occurrence among Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles, specifically involving the driver’s sun visor detaching or becoming loose at the hinge. There are multiple videos/pictures of people complaining and asking how to fix the loose/broken clips for visors. Something more reliable that the OEM as it keeps malfunctioning. Warning Lamps or Messages: No warning lamps or messages were displayed prior to the failure. The visor detached suddenly without any indication. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | Instrumentation cluster suddenly failed while I was driving. This put the safety of all individuals at risk because I was not able to view any critical information like warning lights, speedometer or fuel status. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2025 | STEERING,UNKNOWN OR OTHER | Problem seems to be within the steering component. While driving it wanders back and forth pretty bad. Yes it would available for inspection if requested. It has not been confirmed by a dealer but i have reed many complaints about the same problem.I think it is dangerous the way it wanders. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2025 | STRUCTURE | When it rains the front and rear floorboards fill with puddles of water from the bottom somehow. No traces of water along the doors or windows. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Nov 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the instrument panel failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed and determined that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact believed that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (Electrical System); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 48,000. | Crash: No Fire: No | 48,000 |
| Nov 2025 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | I am the owner of a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL with the 2.0L turbo engine, and I am writing to report a fuel leak issue that I believe is related to Recall Y10 / NHTSA Campaign 21V-665, which involves the high-pressure fuel supply line (Part #68297642AD). My vehicle is experiencing a strong fuel smell and visible fuel leak, and a technician confirmed the failure of the fuel line. However, my VIN does not currently show as included in the recall, and I have been told the repair is not covered under warranty. Given that my Jeep has the same engine, same part number, and identical symptoms described in the official recall — I’m requesting one of the following: That the dealer be allowed to inspect the fuel line’s date code and replace it under Recall Y10 if it falls within the affected range, or That Jeep/Stellantis cover the cost of the repair as a goodwill safety-related assistance, since the failure occurred outside the normal warranty but is consistent with the recall defect. I take safety very seriously, and I hope Jeep does too. Please let me know what documentation or diagnostics you need from my service provider to support this request. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | On Saturday morning, when we started the Jeep, the whole entire dash was black Nothing works on it. You can’t tell how fast you’re going how much gas you have or if there are any lights on It is the same issue as recall 24V – 652 | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | I am writing to get a good will repair for my of a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, VIN: [XXX] with approximately 50,000 miles. The estimate for the Jeep/Stellantis repair states after the inspection that my vehicle’s instrument panel cluster (IPC) has a serious internal defect that creates a safety hazard. Wrangler’s instrument panel has gone completely dark, leaving me without access to critical safety information such as speed, warning indicators, and fuel levels. The inspection and dealer diagnosis states that , this failure is due to an internal defect in the IPC, which is identical to the condition described in NHTSA Recall No. 24V-652. Although my VIN is not currently listed under Recall 24V-652, the symptoms and internal defect in my vehicle are the same failure mode as the recalls. Driving without a functioning instrument cluster is unsafe, placing myself and others at risk, and constitutes what is known safety defect with jeep wranglers. Repair or replace the defective instrument panel cluster in my vehicle at no cost, as a goodwill repair or as part of the existing recall. I am asking to be Reimburse me any costs already incurred and related to this defect. | Oct 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | I have had 18 visits to 2 Jeep Dealerships for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I have had my radio replaced 3 times and I'm still waiting (its been months!) for another new radio as the current is still going black, powering off, sometimes it responds & sometimes it doesn't. This is EXTREMELY frustrating for a "new" car not to have a functioning radio. But then recently my IC went totally black. No view of my gas gauge!! Of course, my VIN was NOT included in last year's recall but I was able to get this replaced thankfully via the extended warrantee I purchased. I had to pay a $500 deductible for it to be replaced. Same for the radio. At what point does Jeep or Mopar say....this is a serious electrical problem? Isn't anyone trained to get to root cause? I have pictures and videos of the power surging in my dashboard but sure lets keep replacing radios at the customers EXPENSE! | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | Digital dash went out for 6 months and my vehicle was not covered under the recall warranty..Had no fuel gauge or speedometer during that time...Paid $1143.73 to have it repaired...nowy odometer does not match my computer. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | POWER TRAIN | Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Failed Recall Repair and Improper Diagnostics Charges - Jeep Recall No. 23V116 (Manual Transmission Clutch Overheating) & Violation of 49 U.S.C. Section 30120 Dear Sir or Madam, I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved safety defect and improper repair charges related to an official recall performed on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler (manual transmission). The issue concerns Recall No. 23V116 and superseding Recall 21V028, which addresses clutch overheating and associated software logic. Prior to the recall work performed, my Jeep had approximately 23,000 miles on it, and I never had any issues with the manual transmission or transmission related warning codes. In May, I received letters informing me that I needed to take my Jeep to the dealership as soon as possible to have the above recall work performed to avoid potential overheating and fire hazards related to my clutch plate. In June 2025, I brought my vehicle to Don White's Jeep dealership on York Rd. in Cockeysville, MD. The dealership replaced the clutch hardware and performed a software update as required. I did not drive the Jeep for a couple of months due to weather and frequent rainfall during June, July & August. Upon driving the Jeep in August, the "Service Transmission" light came on, and I immediately notified the dealership, and they performed a software update to fix the warning light, admitting they did not realize the software update was required the first time. Two days later, the "Service Transmission" light came on again, and I immediately notified the dealership and dropped the Jeep off to be serviced. The dealership has now had the Jeep for more than a month and has not been able to resolve the "Service Transmission" issue. They are now refusing to perform any additional work unless I pay them approx. $1,000 in diagnostics fees. I opened a case with Jeep Customer Care and they also refused coverage and are demanding payment. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | My instrument cluster panel display has suddenly gone black/blank. This looks to be a known recall issue under Recall ID: 24V-652 which includes Select 2018–2024 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles. Mine is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Can my vehicle be added to the recall list? I am at safety risk as I cannot see my gas mileage, warning light indicators, Electronic Throttle Control, Battery Charge Warning, Engine Coolant Temperature, Airbag Warning, Brake System Alerts, Transmission Fault lights, etc. I have scheduled a service appointment to have this looked at the dealership where I purchased my Jeep. I would appreciate any financial assistance as it will be an extreme struggle to pay out of pocket for this to be repaired. My safety and my family's safety is at risk. Please help! | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Oct 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willys The Instrument cluster panel went out. Black screen. A critical safety issue b/c you cannot see the speedometer, warning lights, or anything on the screen. There is a recall (NHTSA#24V-652) however my VIN # is not included in the recall. Brought the Jeep into mechanic who said this should be covered under Jeep Recall.
