THE WEATHER WAS A MIX OF SLEET, RAIN AND SNOW BUT WITH MINIMAL BUILDUP THAT WOULD'VE CAUSED THE WIPERS TO BE DISABLED. I HAD NO WARNING OR VISIBILITY AND AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE EASILY OCCURRED.
