| Apr 2024 | STRUCTURE,UNKNOWN OR OTHER | The left-hand side on the door all automatically just stopped working properly. It makes a popping cracking noise when you open the door all the way. The car is a 2020 it is under 40,000 miles. The window does not roll down all the way due this malfunction. It’s been going on for a while and the car dealership says that i am responsible for paying for it even though it’s a defect. It should be under warranty from Ford. It’s a mechanical issue. The door should open and close properly if I have never been in an accident. I have had many problems with this car since i bought it brand new such as getting new brakes at 1000 miles (they claim because the car was sitting there), a new reservoir because of the windshield wiper fluid was leaking, my headlamp needed to be fixed amongst other things. They tell me that this is an "Advance Recall" notice (#23B56) that has not been publicly sent out yet and that I'll have to either pay some else to fix it or wait until the end of the 2nd quarter of 2024. If Ford does not know how to fix it OR have the parts to fix it, how is anyone else going to fix it? This is a safety & liability issue. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
