I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND HAVE BEEN ADVISED THE PART IS ON BACK-ORDER. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING MY VEHICLE ESPECIALLY WITH MY 7 MONTH OLD GRANDSON IN THE VEHICLE. IT'S BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS - I THINK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS THEN TOLD I SHOULD COME IN AND AT LEAST GET THE SOFTWARE UPDATE - NO WHERE ON THE RECALL LETTER DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A SOFTWARE UPDATE. I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE SOFTWARE UPDATE PERFORMED ON 9/13 - A 3-4 HOUR WAIT TIME. NOT HAPPY WITH HONDA RIGHT NOW. PLEASE HELP

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 15 2019 AND AN SHOCKED TO LEARN HONDA WAS AWARE OF THIS ISSUE YET SOLD ME A UNSAFE VEHICLE ANYHOW. I FEEL I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH FOR A REMEDY.
