| Mar 2024 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | I was alerted that my car is part of a Safety Recall (2018-20 Accord 1.5T Fuel Pump Mtr Saf Recall Exp2) via a letter from Honda informing me that my car would need a part replaced, but that part would not be available until the Fall of 2024. When I reached out to the American Honda's Customer Support and Campaign Center stating my concerns of waiting so long with a defective vehicle, they recommended that I take my car to a Honda Dealership and run a diagnostic that would only be financially covered if my car were to indeed be declared "defective" for the recall and I would have to pay out-of-pocket if nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I asked "why would I have to pay for something that is not my fault", they said that I could just wait until I got a second letter when the replacement parts were ready and there is nothing else I could do to be proactive about this recall. I am disappointed with Honda for not being more proactive about this situation as not everyone can afford to pay for extras like diagnostics that may or may not be needed and just want to be able to drive my vehicle with the confidence that it is safe to put my family in and I cannot wait 6 months for a safe vehicle to drive. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Mar 2024 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | The car won't "turn over" or start because it's there is not enough or no fuel being delivered to the engine. Fuel is not being delivered significantly enough for the engine to start. Towed to the local dealership to have the fule pump replaced. However, when the parts neede to fix/replace the fuel pump are not avaliable for months. When they tried to have the part delivered they we told no because it could not be proven to he the problem. The repair manager told me they didn't have time, interest or the personel to continue the process and I had to tow it from the dealership to an independently local repair shop where it remains indefinitely. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Feb 2024 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | Just purchased my 2019 Honda Accord. At 67000 miles and it needs brand new fuel injectors. There is no warning to this issue. Causes the car to stall. All of my dashboard lights came on took the car for service same day and was told I needed to replace to fill injectors and the field injector pump This seems to be a common problem with this year and model of accord so I am wondering why is it not covered either under warranty or recall | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Feb 2024 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | My car is making loud siren noise when backing up. I took my car to the dealer a few times and they said it's nothing they can do about the noise. They do not know why the noise is happening. I research other Honda cars and people are talking about the same problem. It's not fair my car is making this loud noise. I was willing to pay for it to be fixed but Honda said they understand but it's nothing they can do. I bought my car brand new in 2019. It's only 2024. This problem started at least 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. Honda is still selling cars with this problem occurring in short time. NOT FAIR!! | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Jan 2024 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | On Dec of 2022 I expereienced my first encounter with the recall and my engine was affected. I was on a busy Highway when the car made some weird noises and then stalled. When I took the car to the mechanic, he stated I needed a new engine. I couldnt understand why however I needed my car and had to get it fixed. Months later, my car again, leaves me on the side of a congested street, because it stalled. This time, im told its the fuel pump. For two months every week, I am at the mechanic because it ends up that my car has two fuel pumps and both went bad. I end up hearing about the fuel pump recall after I spent $8600 on getting my car fixed. I am imploring for full reimbursment. This matter left me on sides of roads many a times and need assistance with getting my monies back. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Dec 2023 | POWER TRAIN,VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL,ENGINE | No warning lamps were on. Took the car to Honda of Murfreesboro TN I was told I had a blown head gasket fluid around cylinder 2 but my car has never ran out never had a issue I started to hear liquid bubble in dashboard turbo had to be replaced didn't fix the issue spark plugs are being replaced often to keep lamps off and car functions working properly antifreeze is being monitored because it's burning rapidly car goes into limp mode when you get up to certain speed on highway or when you go to pull out into traffic | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Dec 2023 | ENGINE | I spoke with Josh (Service Manager) on 02/22/2023 after coming back to the dealership after the scar stalled while driving on Interstate 635. Almost getting in an accident and trying to drive the car back to the dealership, the car began bucking once again and wouldn't go pass 40 miles an hour on an interstate where the speed limit reaches 70 MPH. I called and spoke to Mr. Rey, the service advisor an explained I was coming in. I arrived and told him I wanted to speak with the service manager immediately, he informed me to give him a minute. I stated to Josh that this was unacceptable and for me to be a loyal customer to where since I've been in Texas for over two years, my car has been serviced there and I have a complete record to show that. All maintenance has been completed and things that aren't, plans are made with Mr. Rey to complete them at a later time that works for my budget. After talking with him, I was told to wait in the waiting room while he looked a few things. After an hour, Mr Rey, comes and said that Josh had two options. To trade out of my car or pay $1495 to have the head gasket fixed instead of paying $2995.00 before taxes. After going back and speaking with Josh, I explained I shouldn't have to pay that because his guys messed up to where you guys have already had to come out of pocket $1500. If he messed up again, that is your problem not mine so I shouldn't have to pay that. He basically said that we already spent money and not putting more into it but I kept telling him, that it was an issue they caused. You took liability for it already when you paid for the first incident then you come back saying, "oh trade out it"? He stated that was all he could offer, so after I ask Mr Rey to bring my car around and explained to Mr. Rey (Because Josh was becoming disrespectful). | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Dec 2023 | FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE | Automatic braking occurs at any time for no reason. This is extremely dangerous. I've almost been hit from behind a dozen times when my car suddenly puts on the brakes for no reason. I submitted this information to you several years ago and never heard a thing back. This system was apparently designed for people who drive impaired/distracted who shouldn't be on the road to begin with. I drive attentively and if I need to apply the brakes I do so. When I'm being tailgated it freaks me out because I know it's an accident waiting to happen if my car slams on the brakes. I can not turn this function off or disable it. (the date below is today as this field is required. It's been happening on average once every 100 miles.) | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
