| Date | Component | Summary | Severity | Mileage |

| Apr 2024 | POWER TRAIN,ENGINE | While attempting to cross an intersection after stopping at a stop sign I stepped on the accelerator to go and the Toyota Tundra hesitated momentarily. This hesitation or lag caused me to be in the intersection later than I wanted to be nearly resulting in me being broadsided by a truck. This is not an isolated incident for my vehicle. I posted my issue on a social media site for 2023/24 Toyota Tundra's and the responses confirm that this is an issue that Toyota is aware but has done noting to remedy. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Mar 2024 | STRUCTURE | Passenger side rear bumper detached | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Mar 2024 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | The problem is faulty fuel gauge reading. My vehicle was reading between 1/2 and 3/4 on the fuel gauge. I forward parked on a driveway with at least a 30 degree incline and shut the truck off. When I returned to the truck and started it, it showed FULL. I drove it about 10 miles and shut the truck off for at least 5 minutes. When I turned it back on it still read FULL. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Mar 2024 | POWER TRAIN | Truck Purchased new on 2/8/2024. A couple weeks later at approximately 1700 miles on the odometer the driveline started developing an intermittent shimmy between 40 and 65 MPH. Truck currently has 2026 miles on it. Dealership informed and are saying that this shimmy is as designed and therefore not an issue. Shimmy is progressively getting worse and being that nobody knows why it is happening I do not know if something is in the process of failing and might potentially fail at highway speed. This could potentially cause an accident resulting in injury or death. Note: A quick internet search "2024 Toyota Tundra transmission shimmy" results in several other complaints about the same problem. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Mar 2024 | FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | Fuel gauge reset to full when I know there is only 3/4 of a tank of fuel in the truck.I will be taking it to the dealer today. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Feb 2024 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES | Vehicle was turned off and driver exited with key remaining inside of vehicle. Returned to vehicle to remove items from interior. The driver's door locked and was unable to unlock using its proximity sensor. I attempt to the Toyota digital key. The app alerted me that the unlock feature was not available at this time. Walked around the passenger door to find it to be unlocked. Tried to use the electronic door lock feature, it still would not unlock the drivers door. I had to crawl through over the passenger seat to the drivers door to manually unlock the door. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Feb 2024 | VISIBILITY/WIPER | While driving on interstate 30 in a new vehicle (3 months old), the sunroof exploded without contact from a foreign object. Went to nearest dealership, and their inspection found "No foreign material or signed of impact found." My wife and I were in the vehicle and no object struck us. If the sunshade was not closed the glass would have certainly sprayed in our faces and caused a significant accident that would have killed us and other motorists around us. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Feb 2024 | EXTERIOR LIGHTING,FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE | The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated while driving 25 MPH at night, the low beam and high beam headlights were extremely dim. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the high beam headlights were adjusted; however, the failure persisted while driving. The contact's friend inspected the vehicle and informed him that the LED fog lights were not installed on the vehicle; however, the vehicle specifications indicated that the vehicle was designed with LED fog lights. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who informed the contact that they were unaware that the LED fog lights were not installed on the vehicle at the factory. The dealer advised the contact that the manufacturer had informed them that the LED fog lights were not installed on the vehicle because they could cause a glare to other drivers when driving with the suspension lifted. The dealer installed the LED fog lights on the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving 30 MPH with the Adaptive Cruise Control engaged, the Lane Keep Assist caused the vehicle to drift outside the lane to the left and to the right continuously and failed to keep the vehicle in the lane. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the failure occurred due to a crack on the front grill. The contact also stated that the hood molding was causing a sun reflection on his eyes while driving, which affected the visibility of the roadway even while wearing sunglasses. The contact stated that the vehicle design caused the water on the road to splash on the windshield while driving instead of parting the water to the sides, which temporarily reduced the visibility of the roadway. The contact stated that the trims on the windows were inconsistently sealed. The dealer was notified of the failures and informed the contact that they would need the vehicle and User data to repair the vehicle. The contact declined to provide the data to prevent a breach. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 80. | Crash: No Fire: No | 80 |
