Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM We took the car in for the death shake and were informed there was a recall on the Jeep (25V741000). The dealership performed the maintenance work. The 12V battery was also inspected and listed as good. Since the repair, the 12V battery has shorted multiple times and finally ceased running yesterday. It has been two weeks since the dealership recall repair. While the recall specifically impacted the HV battery, the 12V is interconnected and the liklihood of that battery being impacted is high. The safety impact is the car temporarily not being able to gain power after stopping at red lights and the battery draining when stopped or turned off. The check engine light appears every time.

Mar 2026 STEERING,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER Vehicle communication failures. One point unable to start the vehicle. Then the wipers and all warning lights came on without being able to turn the vehile off. Had to disconnect both batteries while the wipers destroyed themselves on a dry windshield. This is also causing a Service Shifter warning light then total loss of power steering while driving down the road at any speed. This includes highway speeds. Dealer replaced power steering system with no resolution. Thousands of dollars in repair. Dealer stated they repaired wiring. Did not fix the issue. Now it is more intermittent. When the communication between modules is not functioning properly it disables the power steering even while driving. This is extremely dangerous and I can no longer trust my vehicle. There are thousands of reports and or reviews about this issue. Someone has to be held accountable. I have spent thousands and my Dealer spent weeks trying to resolve the issue. Jeep has roughly 37000 miles. This is an on going issue since October of 2025.

Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER Electronic Cabin Heater- EV/ Hybrid component that acts as a heating element when driving in electric mode. Common issue since the Chrysler Pacifica eHybrid plug in vehicle was manufactured. Safety: Extreme temperatures we’ve experienced would prevent heat from dispersing in the engine cabin and potential damage to engine/ EV components due to no thermal regulation. Has been reproduced and replaced. Specific to Jeep Wrangler 4xe (2021+): “Electric mode unavailable; Cabin heating/cooling” Check Engine light with DTC codes P0E80-00 and P0E15-00 present on dash. First appeared October 31st, 2025.

Mar 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM On 3/3/2026, I brought me JEEP 4XE to the Jeep dealership in Paris, Kentucky to have the 68C recall performed. The Jeep dealership used version #7 of the 68C recall instructions to updated all software modules and then to perform a 7 mile test run to engage the electric engine and to stress the vehicle per the instructions documented in the recall instructions. Document is identified as: * High Voltage Battery * Reference: 68C/NHTSA 25V-741 * Revision: 7 * Edition: February 2026 * Details: Additional DTC added to the end of Section B. BPCM software update After picking vehicle up from dealership, I proceeded home via a state highway Route 68 (Paris Pike). The roadway is a 4 lane divided highway and has a speed limit of 55mph. I set my vehicle to HYBRID mode and then placed it on cruise control as I had done numerous times over its 25,000 miles. During the drive there were occasional rolling hills and inclines. I gauged the hills to be about a 1% grade on average but never exceeding 2% grade. During these inclines, the gasoline engine engaged and the RPM gauge on the instrument cluster registered 3000RPM. This excessive engine RPM had NEVER occurred before the 68C factory recall procedure. In all other instances of the engine engaging, the RPM would engage at 2000RPM. I contend that the the engagement of the gasoline engine on these small inclines was NOT warranted and that the excessive RPM's of 3000 is not normal and was never experienced prior to the 68C recall fix. I am submitting this information for review and documentation. Video of the instrument cluster gauge showing the RMP gauage and the display panel showing the engine and battery kW used were taken to document the process. I believe that the engagement of the gasoline engine at 3000RPM will cause excessive wear of the engine and is a direct result of one of the software updates that was used to complete the 68C recall.

Feb 2026 STEERING,SUSPENSION I have experienced what is call "death wobble" multipletimes. This is a 2022 with 30k millage. It has been to a service center three times and the drag link with ends has been replaced twice. The problem continues and only happens at highway speed. This issue has put us in what could have been a serious accident with semi-trucks on 50+ mph multiple times. I feel like this is a possible life threatening situation. I have a dash cam video of this happening and have had multiple servers centers inspect it. They have not been able to reproduce the issue, highly intermittent. To have an authorized agent look at it, I will have to pay a $229 diagnostic fee. When this death wobble occurs, there is no warning at all.

Feb 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM After 68C recall fix in January, the following has occurred:  -Check engine light on immediately -Replaced electric coolant heater  -Sluggish in both hybrid and electric modes -FORM indicators - constant fuel oil refresh mode  -Change oil required indicator on  -Engine revving high at low speeds  -Jumping when putting into drive / idling / shifting issues  --Replaced all 4 shocks And just yesterday on 2/27/26: Complete and total loss of power while driving on the highway. Feb 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM We had a recent recall completed for the hybrid battery/charging sytem where a software update was all that was required. Two weeks after a recall for the hybrid battery/charging system was completed, while traveling, we had a loss of power at 70mph in heavy traffic, and our vehicle stopped operating. We were able to limp our vehicle to the right shoulder, and was stranded on the side of I-75 south in GA, approximately 200 miles from home. The dash lights began flashing on and off, the various systems began flasing warnings and there was a burning smell of plastic. We discovered one of the electric lines attached to the fuse block in the engine compartment had melted at the terminal junction on the fuse block. This rendered us incapable of moving our vehicle. We had to call for a tow truck to have the vehicle taken to a shop. Our daughter had to come from 6 hours away to pick us up. Currently, 02/20/26, the shop that has our vehicle, is trying to get a replacement fuse block and determine if this is part of the recall that should have fixed our original recall issue.

The contact stated that when the vehicle was started, the message "Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable - Fuel and Oil Refresh in Progress" was displayed. The message was more prevalent during colder weather. The vehicle remained at the dealer unrepaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V741000 (Electrical System), and the vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the high voltage battery software update was performed; however, the contact stated that the vehicle failed to start three days later. The message " Service Charging System" was displayed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a 12-Volt battery failure. The contact stated that upon researching the failure online, the contact learned from other vehicle owners that other recalled vehicles had experienced the 12-Voltsbattery failure after the high voltage battery software update was performed. Feb 2026 STEERING,SUSPENSION,POWER TRAIN While driving under normal conditions, the vehicle suddenly became unstable and difficult to control. Steering response was abnormal, and the vehicle did not behave as expected, creating a loss of stability and control. The incident occurred without warning and required the vehicle to be towed. This event raised serious safety concerns, as the vehicle appeared prone to instability and unsafe operation. Feb 2026 VISIBILITY The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that after using the remote starter to start the vehicle, the front window defroster was activated, and approximately 10 minutes later, the contact discovered that the front windshield had developed a 5-inch crack in the center of the windshield. The contact stated that moments later, while driving, the crack expanded to approximately 12-inches towards the driver’s side. The contact stated that the crack was in the direct field of view of the driver, creating a visibility hazard. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 22,000.

Feb 2026 SUSPENSION,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM My Jeep Wrangler 4xe underwent Safety Recall 68C, which included high-voltage battery replacement and associated electrical system work. The vehicle was held at the Jeep dealership for approximately one month for completion of this recall. After being notified that Recall 68C was completed, I picked up the vehicle. Immediately upon pickup, I experienced electrical issues that were not present prior to the recall. Specifically, the passenger-side power running board failed to retract. The service manager accessed the area under the dashboard and restored operation, stating it was likely related to the battery replacement or electrical work performed during the recall. Upon driving the vehicle, I also noticed the steering wheel was not centered when driving straight, and the front end appeared visually misaligned. Less than 24 hours after pickup, while driving at approximately 65 mph on the freeway, the vehicle experienced sudden and violent steering oscillation consistent with death wobble. This required me to immediately pull over for safety. The vehicle had no prior history of death wobble, steering instability, or electrical running board issues before Recall 68C was performed. Due to the severity of the condition, the vehicle was towed back to the Jeep dealership for further inspection.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM The vehicle poses a fire risk not allowing the vehicle to be parked under structures and the vehicle cannot be charged even though it is a plug-in hybrid vehicle. There is an active recall and this is not the first one. The fix for the recall is a software update that can shut off the high voltage battery if an issue is encountered which leaves the vehicle in limp mode, which is dangerous when traveling on the highway. If a new battery is required, the same faulty style batteries are exchanged. Stellantis is not addressing the car issues appropriately

Jan 2026 STEERING,SUSPENSION I’m writing to ask for you all to honor the recall for my jeep. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler in April of 2025 Months after the purchase I began to notice that on certain road conditions that my vehicle would shake violently back and forth at higher speeds if I hit a bump. As you can tell this causes great concern for mine and my children's well being. My teen son is also driving my vehicle which is also a concern. I've had it looked at by multiple shops who all state that the vehicle has a recall on the steering damper as it can create a death wobble. I attempted to take it to the Jeep dealership in Boulder, CO who refused to look at it stating my jeep doesnt count. However the mechanic and online states that it will honor any jeep that appears to have this issue to be looked at and fixed as you all were sued and claimed to have fixed the problem yet it still continues, and Jeep offers this as an extended offer for all jeeps. Jeep is refusing to honor the extended recall. So I am filing a complaint to get this fixed as this issue is not of my doing, not wear and tear.

My jeep battery caught on fire just like the recall states. Fortunately a neighbor saw the fire prior to it burning down my other jeep and barn.

Jan 2026 AIR BAGS,WHEELS,UNKNOWN OR OTHER I am submitting this supplemental statement regarding my previously filed complaint involving a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. On November 8, 2025, I was involved in a crash that resulted in bodily injury, including head, neck, and back pain, and required post-accident inspection and towing. Despite the nature of the impact and the injuries sustained, the frontal airbag system did not deploy. The manufacturer, Stellantis, conducted an inspection through a third-party contractor and advised via email that the airbag system did not deploy because the deceleration threshold was allegedly not met. However, I have not been provided with the Event Data Recorder (EDR) data, crash pulse analysis, sensor performance evaluation, or the technical criteria relied upon to reach this conclusion. Given the vehicle damage, injuries sustained, and non-deployment of the frontal airbags, I am concerned that the airbag system may not have functioned as intended or that the deployment thresholds, sensor inputs, or system calibration may be defective or unreasonable. I respectfully request that NHTSA review this incident for potential safety defects related to airbag non-deployment, crash detection thresholds, sensor performance, or system logic in the 2022 Jeep Wrangler.

Jan 2026 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE 68C recall did not fix recurring issue with this vehicle: 12/2/25 – The vehicle was towed to the dealer under Safety Recall 68C (battery fire risk) in an undrivable state “service charging system” message, vehicle would not disengage from Park, no power, battery, charging, service engine lights on. 12/18/25 – The dealer informed me that Recall 68C had been completed, stated that the vehicle was repaired and safe to drive, and told me to “rest assured.” I was instructed to pick up the vehicle on that basis, and I did so. 12/20/25 – Just two days later, while driving approximately 60 mph on the highway in electric mode with more than 90% charge, the vehicle suddenly lost electric propulsion for over 30 seconds, rapidly losing speed and nearly requiring an emergency stop in active traffic. A dash notification appeared stating “electric mode unavailable,” and the vehicle reverted to hybrid mode. I immediately left a message for the dealership that same day requesting a call back to determine next steps; no call was returned. 12/20–12/26 – Because of this serious failure and ongoing safety concerns, the vehicle was driven only minimally. 12/27 – When I attempted to start the vehicle, it again failed. The dash displayed “service charging system” along with battery, service engine, and service electrical warning lights. The vehicle would not disengage from park, would not start, and had no usable power. 1/1/26- the vehicle remains at the Newport Jeep Dealership & Service Center, technicians continue to try to diagnose the problem and are unable to do so. The 68C recall was an ineffective attempt at resolving this significant recurring safety issue.

Dec 2025 UNKNOWN OR OTHER The dealership refuses to perform the 68c recall for my 4xe wrangler, [XXX] They said they are worried that there will be a glitch with the recall and they will have to hold on to my jeep for 3-4 weeks until a battery replacement is available. They don’t want to do this because there are already 3 cars in the dealership awaiting the same battery replacement. Given the seriousness of the recall (battery fires), this seems like an unsafe response to the recall. They mentioned they’ve been turning multiple cars away with this recall and that they have other recalls for other models to also worry about. Dec 2025 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM My vehicle, a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is subject to Recall 25V-741. This recall involves a serious safety defect with vehicle’s charging system, posing I fire risk when charged. This renders the vehicle unsafe to operate. At this time, there is no available repair remedy. While the official Jeep Mopar website states that repairs parts are available but the Jeep dealership states they don't have repairs available for my vehicle. I have called two different dealerships one month apart and still received the same answer. As a result of this recall, I am unable to drive or reasonably use the vehicle. The vehicle is effectively inoperable, and I am incurring ongoing financial harm, including loan payments and loss-of-use expenses, for a vehicle that cannot be safely driven. I purchased the vehicle in good faith, and shortly after purchase learned of the open recall. Stellantis has not provided a repair timeline or alternative resolution. This situation leaves me without safe transportation and no practical remedy.

The vehicle has been in the shop since Wednesday and Jeep has not provided a loaner or direct rental vehicle, leaving my family without transportation. Due to the combination of safety risks and loss of use, I am requesting: •Immediate manufacturer action to repair the defects •Direct rental coverage while the vehicle is in the shop •Escalation of my formal buyback request for executive review I am submitting this complaint to ensure that these safety and warranty-related issues are addressed promptly.

Dec 2025 STEERING,SUSPENSION I'm Experiencing a KNOWN Jeep issue called the "DEATH WOBBLE". I only have 17800 miles on the vehicle and I'm 6 months out of warranty. when this vehicle gets into the death wobble mood it becomes totally uncontrollable and extremely unsafe to drive. the driver needs to slow down to under 40MPH or to a complete stop for it to stop. You can be driving at 65 MPH and the vehicle will go into convulsions, I feel it is SO dangerous I will not allow my wife to drive it.
