| Jun 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM | The front camera is blacked out about 50% of the time when in reverse or when activating the camera system on my Bronco. I have had it into the dealership multiple times for this issue and they continue to tell me there is a over the air (OTA) fix coming soon. The last time they told me this was in Q2 2024 saying that a fix was coming by year end 2024. I am still waiting for this fix and it causes me some distress that I am unable to completely see around my vehicle when parking or in tight spaces. This is separate and distinct from the rear camera issue that was fixed in 2024. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Jun 2025 | SUSPENSION | Shocks are all rusting. This has not been normal wear and use. It is a design defect in the material not just the rear expansion defect noted by the recall. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| May 2025 | STRUCTURE | The contact's daughter owns a 2021 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that the sides of the soft top material above the B-pillar and the A-pillar were detaching, which could cause the soft top to separate from the vehicle while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was inspected, and the dealer determined that the soft top needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to TSB Number: 23-2229. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that there was no guarantee that assistance would be provided in covering the cost of the repair. The manufacturer referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000. | Crash: No Fire: No | 48,000 |
| May 2025 | ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER | I have a new issue with my Bronco. While it drives well most of the time, I now regularly encounter a problem where multiple error messages pop up on the screen (sequentially) while I am driving, causing the vehicle to effectively, stop responding. The engine remains on, and I don't lose power to the brakes or steering, but the car won't react when I press the gas pedal. It seems like it's some critical failure safety measure, though feels critically unsafe when it occurs. When surrounded by other vehicles, at speed, I am forced to coast to a stop (with a prayer). Usually, when I put it in park, turn off the vehicle, and get out, it will reset all of the errors and work again. This situation is quite dangerous, especially when I'm around other cars. I contacted Ford, but they fit me in for two weeks. Here are the error codes that appear in order: -4x4 Off -Service Vehicle Soon -Service advance Trac -Check 4x4 -Pre-collision assist not available -Service advance track | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

The contact stated that his wife was able to slow the vehicle and exit the highway and drove the vehicle back to the residence. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer who diagnosed the vehicle and confirmed that the failure was with the rear shock absorbers, and was related to the NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V025000 (Suspension) recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 51,678. VIN tool confirms parts not available. | Crash: No Fire: No | 51,678 |
| May 2025 | LANE DEPARTURE,BACK OVER PREVENTION | I am receiving Blind spot and cross traffic failure alerts in my vehicle dashboard indicating these systems are not working properly. This is a known issue by many Bronco owners. I believe its due to a bad installation design where the wires naturally rub up against the bumper and with weather exposure they are failing. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| May 2025 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | When you turn the right turn signal on and then make a right turn, when the steering wheel returns to straight, it causes the left turn signal to come on without touching the signal handle. So your left blinker comes on after right turns. Oncoming drivers and drivers behind you may expect a left turn which creates a safety hazard. Also driving with your turn signal on and not turning could result in a traffic stop by police. Ford replaced a complement in the steering column but the issue persisted. This problem is present in two Broncos I own and I know a friend of mine has the same issue in their Bronco. I'm sure a simple internet search will reveal a common and widespread issue that could create an unsafe driving situation. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Apr 2025 | STRUCTURE | The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco. The contact stated the rear translucent heavy plastic panel was loosened due to the breakdown of the plastic tabs used to secure the rear panel in place. The contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with a soft top, and when the weather was warm, the side panels and rear panel would be removed to open the rear of the vehicle like a convertible. The contact was concerned that the clear panel could fall from the rear of the vehicle and strike the vehicle behind. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the soft top needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that prior to the failure, the soft top had been replaced because the side clear panels had experienced a similar failure with the plastic tabs. | Mar 2025 | STEERING,SUSPENSION,FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE | Our family was traveling from Lake George New York to Boston MA on Wednesday [XXX]. As we passed another vehicle in the far left lane on [XXX] the vehicle bounced and we lost control of the backend of the vehicle and it "fish tailed" across the highway nearly causing a collision at 65 miles per hour. The anti-lock breaks were activated and we nearly collided with several cars but managed to pull into the emergency lane. The vehicle was not drivable after this incident because any pothole or bump on the highway, at speeds over 50 MPH, made the rear of the vehicle very unstable. It will skid and sway. Our vehicle is now undrivable and Ford says the only available solution is a "buy back" program and a solution will not be available until Q3 of 2025. This leaves us with a 4 year old vehicle with only 24k miles undrivable. This is not acceptable.
