Mar 2023 ENGINE 3.09.2023 I received a 2nd recall notice letter from Ford last week that the parts are now available and to contact my dealer to schedule an appt. I just contacted my dealer, and was told that the parts are extremely constrained from Ford TO the dealers, with them stating they are only getting 2-3 repair kits per week. I was placed on a list, and apparently am number 65 in the waiting queue and it may be 4-6 months before I get a call back. While my car is operating fine, I find it extremely deceiving that customers would be contacted saying the parts are available, when they clearly are not. I doubt you can do anything, but did want to report this as it certainly can impact the statistical chance of my vehicle being impacted by this recall. Regards,

Mar 2023 SUSPENSION November 18, 2022 had my car for 22 months when I took it for oil change I reported a noise when turning the steering wheel. Ford mechanics decided it the front shocks. Part # LX6Z18124EQ was ordered at that time. As of today 3/8/2023 it is still on back order. The noise is getting louder. I have been in contact with Ford which has expedited the part about 3 - 4 weeks ago. Still not at dealership. I have never had so much problems with a new car. Ford denied the buy back or lemon law for FL stating it was after the 24 month warranty which is false. I’m wondering what else can I do if anything.

Feb 2023 STRUCTURE,UNKNOWN OR OTHER I purchased this car brand new in July of 2020. In the Fall of 2022 the driver side door started making a popping sound when opening and closing and wouldn't close properly. At this point the window started not going down all the way. I took it in to the dealership and was told that the regulator would have to be replaced. They ordered the part and when it came in they replaced it but they discovered that the welds on the bracket holding the check strap to the inside of the door had come detached and the track had become bent and was actually keeping the window from going down. They said that it could not be repaired and the whole door would have to be replaced. To me this sounds like a factory defect and Ford should be responsible for 100% of this replacement. I was outside of my factory warranty so I would be out of pocket for the replacement. The service advisor reached out to Ford to ask what they could do. Ford offered to cover a portion of the expense but still left me with an out of pocket amount that I can't afford to pay. This car was barely 2 years old when this happened and this should not be happening under normal use. The dealership riveted the bracket back to the inside of the door and it's a temporary fix but the window still doesn't go down. It is a major inconvenience and I'm concerned if in an emergency I won't be able to get my window down. I'm paying good money for a new car and should not be having this issue. FORD YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AND YOU SHOULD PAY FOR THIS REPLACEMENT! I'VE SEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VERY SAME ISSUE.

Feb 2023 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,STRUCTURE The driver door frame has a fracture spot weld on the inside of the door, causing the window to fail to move up or down as needed. The failure caused the door to make a lot of grinding and cranking sound while being opened out wide. I took the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that the door either needed to be replaced or just the inner portion of the door needed to be repaired. Ford would not cover the cost of repair. Manufacturer is aware of the problem and has released a TSB about the issue Manufacturer Communication Number: SSM 50150 NHTSA ID Number: 10201603
