I HAD THE COVER CLOSED SO GLASS WAS CAUGHT INSIDE COVER. I LOOK INSIDE COVER AND FIND NOTHING BUT SHATTERED GLASS. I CALL FORD ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. WHILE I WAIT FOR DRIVER, I TAKE PICTURES. DRIVER ARRIVES AND TOWS CAR TO NEAREST FORD DEALER WHICH IS 100 MILES FROM MY HOME. ON MONDAY, 7/6/20, I CALL DEALER SINCE I'VE ONLY HAD THIS CAR 26 DAYS. BRAND NEW, LEASED WITH 907 MILES. DEALER TELLS ME IT'S NOT UNDER THEIR WARRANTY. I'M TOLD SOMETHING MUST HAVE HIT THE ROOF BUT NO SIGN OR EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING. I CALL FORD CORPORATE AND THEY TELL ME THE SAME THING. SINCE I NEED A CAR, I FILE CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE TO HAVE IT FIXED HAVING TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE AND THE COST OF A RENTAL. | Crash: No Fire: No | 907 |
