DRIVER ARRIVES AND TOWS CAR TO NEAREST FORD DEALER WHICH IS 100 MILES FROM MY HOME. ON MONDAY, 7/6/20, I CALL DEALER SINCE I'VE ONLY HAD THIS CAR 26 DAYS. BRAND NEW, LEASED WITH 907 MILES. DEALER TELLS ME IT'S NOT UNDER THEIR WARRANTY. I'M TOLD SOMETHING MUST HAVE HIT THE ROOF BUT NO SIGN OR EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING. I CALL FORD CORPORATE AND THEY TELL ME THE SAME THING. SINCE I NEED A CAR, I FILE CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE TO HAVE IT FIXED HAVING TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE AND THE COST OF A RENTAL.

I TOOK VEHICLE TO MY FORD DEALER WHO SAID THERE WERE KNOWN PROBLEMS REPORTED ON MY MODEL VEHICLE. I SINCE FOUND A FORD TSB 18-2057 THAT COVERS THE ISSUE, BUT FOR YEARS 2015-2018. IT APPEARS THE PROBLEM EXISTS ON THE 2020 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES, TOO. *TR
