I ENDED UP WITH A LOANER AND THEY FOUND THAT I HAD SOME PINCHED WIRES AND THE WIRING HARNESS HAD TO BE REPLACED WHICH INVOLVES THE WHOLE ENGINE BEING PULLED TO REPLACE THIS PART. RPM'S STARED RUNNING 1000 HIGHER TO MAINTAIN SPEED AND FUEL ECONOMY DROPPED ABOUT 8 MPG. GM MECHANIC DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DIAGNOSE BUT SAID THE TURBO WAS FROZEN BECAUSE OF TEMPERATURES (-10 DEGREES) AND THAT IT NEEDED A WINTER FRONT AND NEW INTAKE TUBE.
