| Apr 2023 | AIR BAGS | The front passenger air bag warning light has been coming on intermittently for over 6 months now. It first began on a 4-hour trip, chiming the whole 4 hours while a passenger was in the seat, unable to move to another seat due to occupancy. The vehicle was brought into the dealership and sensor was replaced. Since then, the warning has continued to come on intermittently and the vehicle was brought into the dealership 2 additional times with no fix. Being told by Volkswagen to have no one sit in the front passenger seat until a remedy is found is unacceptable especially for those who do not have a choice to not have that seat occupied. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Mar 2023 | FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE | We have been having the same issue with the vehicle with the steering wheel shaking when making a close turn (ex. in a parking lot). The dealer made a repair on the clockspring and said that this would solve the issue and it did not. We have taken the vehicle several times to fix this issue and they have not been able to, it is getting worse. We now have been experiencing an issue where the car, usually after braking, will also brake on its own. This is especially concerning in icy conditions which could cause lose of control of the car. We took the vehicle in for this issue and they made a repair to the driver's door sensor and said that this would fix it, but it did not. Please let us know what further information you need. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
