Apr 2025 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM This was my first experience with an electrical/engine/battery issue with this pilot. I was in the midst of driving during a 14 hour road trip. In the middle of my drive I needed to stop for gas. I pulled into a gas station and turned off the pilot to refuel. After refueling I attempted to start my vehicle. After several attempts and the battery/engine not starting, I needed to have my pilot jumped. After the vehicle restarted I had no further issues on my trip. After returning home I had my battery checked and there were no issues with the battery.

Apr 2025 ENGINE On Feb 17th I was on a 4.5 hour trip. I wasn’t experiencing any issues with my vehicle until the last 20 min of the trip. I exited the highway to refill with gas before the final leg home. I pulled into the gas station, shut off my pilot, and refueled. Upon restarting my vehicle the vehicle wouldn’t start. After several failed attempts I needed to jump start the vehicle to get it started. Once it started I didn’t have another issue. I took my vehicle in for testing and found no issues with the battery or starter. This was the second occurrence so I purchased a portable battery charger for when this happens again.

Apr 2025 POWER TRAIN,ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,ENGINE Hello, I have owned my 2019 Pilot for almost 6 years. From day one, I have had ongoing issues including over 12 situations in which my vehicle would not restart at stoplights, 4-way stops or other areas (my driveway, gas station etc.). I have had the vehicle jump started multiple times by my extended warranty company, my husband and neighbor and towed to the dealer. My most recent stall when not even let me turn on my hazards as my vehicle completely died at the stoplight. I have called 911 multiple times to protect me from being rear-ended. I fear for my life driving the vehicle. My kids refuse to also drive the vehicle. Honda does not have any answers for the fix. There are over 1,000 complaints from vehicle owners. Let's do something before someone is rear-ended and killed! Look at my service history! My car is a lemon, and has lost value. I deserve peace of mind driving this vehicle and compensation for this never ending nightmare.
