| Oct 2024 | FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE | I was driving 40Mph on a two way road, no cars in front of me. I was going straight when all of the sudden my car auto brake activated. Normally I’ll get the warning, where it goes “beep beep” and big orange text that says “BRAKE” pops up but most of the time that happens if there is a car in front of me, and maybe I am coming up on it a little fast. It’s never hit the brakes for me though. And it’s never gave me the brake warning when there is nothing in front of me. So I am driving at 40Mph, clear road, nothing in front of me that should set off the sensor when all of the sudden my car hits the brakes and gives me a huge shock. It was almost immediate, I didn’t even hear the beep beep or see the warning until after the brakes were activated. It only lasted a second or so and then I was able to continue driving but now I’m scared. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Oct 2024 | FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE,LANE DEPARTURE | Yesterday, my car was working fine. This afternoon October 1, 2024, when I turned on the engine I saw a prompt “CMBS problem” on the screen. Warning signs/lamps lit up as well, 1. Adaptive control cruise problem, Road departure mitigation system problem, collision mitigation system problem, and auto high beam problem. I have not contacted the dealership about this current issue because I plan to go to the dealership to do my oil change this coming Saturday 10/05/2024. Just an FYI, they still haven’t addressed my recall ( the 2017-22 fuel pump mtr saf recall exp2). At this time, no injury happened, but I am definitely scared of my safety using my car. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Sep 2024 | STEERING | Issue: At speeds above 40 miles per hour there is resistance in the steering wheel. Although the resistance is in a narrow range, it increases with speed. Steering issues may cause a safety hazard. Dealer Diagnostic: Local Honda dealer performed a diagnostic and test drive and confirmed the resistance in the steering wheel. The dealer recommended replacing the Electronic Power Steering (EPS) gear box with an estimated cost of $3,770. It is my understanding that the 2017 and 2018 Honda CRVs were under a recall for this issue. My vehicle was manufactured in January 2019, and it had 34,435 miles when the dealer preformed it review on August 20, 2024. The Honda recall might not have completely correct the problem, and it should include additional model years. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Sep 2024 | STEERING | Driving on the highway I eased to the left to change lanes and the steering wheel felt stuck. Once I turned a little farther it freed making the car oversteer to the left lane. There were no lights or warnings, and it has been doin the same thing since. The Honda dealer said my rack and pinion needed to be changed, but the problem is widespread and there are no parts available. This to me is a safety issue and I believe Honda should have a recall on these cars. Thank you. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Sep 2024 | SERVICE BRAKES | on 8/21/2024 my vehicle was parked in my driveway and my husband noticed that the brake lights were on. The vehicle was parked and the emergency brake was not on, and the vehicle was off. We turned the vehicle on and the brake lights went off. On 8/22/2024 I was driving on the service road at 45-50 mph when I noticed the traffic light ahead changing to amber I began to slow down, however; when I pressed the brake pedal there was a loud griding sound. The car would not stop and the dashboard said "BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE". I was inches from rearing ending another vehicle! I pulled into a parking lot and the following warnings were displayed, LANE KEEPING ASSIST FAILURE, BRAKE HOLD SYSTEM FAILURE, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL FAILURE, POWER STEERING SYSTEM FAILURE, HILL START ASSIST FAILURE, ROAD DEPARTURE MITIGATION FAILURE, VEHICLE STABILITY ASSIST FAILURE, COLLISION MITIGATION FAILURE. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
| Sep 2024 | STEERING | After driving app. 10 min, at speeds above 30 mph. the steering becomes sticky. When the car starts going to the right you of course steer to the left, but you need a lot more force to turn the wheel. It makes a clicking sound when it jumps. My concern is that if it jumps too far into an opposing lane and causes an accident. I'm use to it but it seems to be getting worse. Because of this I won't let anybody else drive the car. I am making an appointment with dealer but after reading the reviews it doesn't seem hopeful. | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Sep 2024 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | Bought 2019 Honda CRV in August 2023. If you unlock by fob and then hit and hold unlock within 30 seconds all windows open. I parked CRV last 2 snowstorms last spring, did not realize that fob(in pants pocket inside house) had opened all windows and car filled with snow, 2 other times seats were drenched from rain. Besides buying 2 more fobs initially, now had to spend another $120 for a chipped non fob key. Besides weather, this can allow animals or thieves easy access without your knowledge. 2020 and newer Hondas they added a disable function in vehicle menu. Honda needs to be forced to do a recall to fix this, have been told other manufacturers also do this idiocy, what are they thinking of?? | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |

| Aug 2024 | ENGINE,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM | I have contacted my local Honda dealer about this issue months ago and the recall and they said they did not have parts available yet. I have always kept my maintenance up since I bought it new. On the way home the other night all of a sudden my turbo charger blew and took out my catalytic converter along with it. I was told this was a $8000 repair!!!! It only has 135,000 on the car. I have read and spoke to many people that stated that the fuel pump issues can cause this! I am so upset by all of this. I should not have to pay for this NOR is this safe! | Crash: No Fire: No | Unknown |
