Nov 2024 FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM My car has been having fuel issues for the past few years. I found out some time ago that Honda recalled the fuel pump on my vehicle. Since I started having issues (well over 1 year ago) I have reached out to Honda numerous times only to be told that unless my vehicle stops driving they wont take in any other vehicle on this recall. That was fine when my vehicle was still driving. Around April 2024 my CRV stopped driving due to Fuel pump issues. I had to tow to my house. I have attempted to use the Honda location closest to my house, (Rapids Honda) Coon Rapids, MN. I have been told that they have no parts. have attempted to get me to pay for this service but when I attempt to get them to take my vehicle for the recall they will only take it if i pay. I have attempted to work with them under recall and they stated they don't have the parts. I have been hung up on and advised they would call back to only not call back. I have been waiting months with my CRV dead in my driveway with fuel pump issue.

Nov 2024 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,UNKNOWN OR OTHER UNKNOWN , Rubber seal in the sunroof ripped when I opened it, causing it to make little holes, after the car has sat in dealership lot for a while. I bought the car used so that is the reason the sunroof has not been opened for a long time as it was just in the dealership lot. This could possibly cause water to leak inside of the car.

Nov 2024 FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM Made an appointment after notification of recall 21V-215 with Roper Honda in Joplin, Missouri to have the part listed in the recall replaced. Was told part was not available, but as soon as it became available I would be contacted. It has been two years. When receiving regular maintenance for the vehicle earlier this year (2024), I again asked about the availability of the recalled part. I was told that I would receive a letter this fall regarding when to bring my vehicle in to have the recalled part replaced. I have not, as of November 7, 2024, received said letter.

Nov 2024 FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE Forward braking system came on while traveling approximately 25 mph with no car in front of me. The system showed flashing braking light then car applied the brakes hard causing me to drop to a very slow speed. I was fortunate to not get rear ended. The braking system intermittently shows lights for no reason but has never applied the brakes before. I brought this to the dealer while it was still under warranty and explained the lights came on for no reason while no car was in front of me and was told it was working properly. This is a huge safety concern that Honda seems to be dismissing. Thank you

Oct 2024 FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE A few times, the car has braked suddenly even when there were no cars or people in front of it. The last two instances were particularly dangerous because another car was right behind me, and the car braked hard. My daughter was in the car during these incidents, so I've since turned off the driving assistance feature because I believe it's more dangerous than driving without it. I can say that this has happened more than eight times."

Oct 2024 VISIBILITY/WIPER The driver sun visor will not stay in the fully closed position. This creates a visibility problem for the driver. Also, with the resting position of the failed visor, if i were in an accident or sudden stop, the edge of the visor would impact the drivers head causing injury. The failed part is not covered under any warranty by the manufacturer and repair costs several hundred dollars. There are several examples online of other buyers of the same vehicle model experiencing the safety issue.
