That was fine when my vehicle was still driving. Around April 2024 my CRV stopped driving due to Fuel pump issues. I had to tow to my house. I have attempted to use the Honda location closest to my house, (Rapids Honda) Coon Rapids, MN. I have been told that they have no parts. have attempted to get me to pay for this service but when I attempt to get them to take my vehicle for the recall they will only take it if i pay. I have attempted to work with them under recall and they stated they don't have the parts. I have been hung up on and advised they would call back to only not call back.
