ON 6/19/2019, I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. SINCE THEN I'VE BROUGHT IN MY CAR FOR REPAIRS ON 10/15/19, 10/18/19, 1/30/20, 2/15/20, 2/20/20, AND 3/7/20. TO NO AVAIL BECAUSE I'VE BEEN REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT THE "CODES" ARE NORMAL. ON 1/30/20, THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL BOX WAS REPLACED BUT MY CAR CONTINUES TO HAVE TROUBLE ACCELERATING, SPECIFICALLY IT REVS HIGH, BUT DOES NOT RESPOND/ACCELERATE AS EXPECTED. Feb 2020 SERVICE BRAKES THE AEB SYSTEM HAS ENGAGED ON FIVE SEPARATE OCCASIONS WITHOUT ANY VEHICLES BEING AROUND SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE. THESE FIVE OCCASIONS ARE DIFFERENT THAN ANY EXPERIENCE NISSAN HAS HAD. THE AEB LIGHT COMES ON QUITE OFTEN AS WELL; IN CONDITIONS NOT RECOGNIZED BY NISSAN SUCH AS DRIVING AT NIGHT IN CLEAR CONDITIONS AND OTHER TIMES WHEN THE WEATHER/SUN IS NOT THE PROBLEM. NISSAN ADMITS THE VEHICLE AEB CAN ENGAGE WHEN DRIVING OVER AND UNDER BRIDGES, WHILE IN PARKING GARAGES AS WELL AS WHEN ENTERING/EXITING STEEP DRIVEWAYS.THERE ARE CURRENTLY 6,500 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN KEPT AND DRIVEN TWICE FOR THREE DAYS EACH TIME AND THE SHOP IS UNABLE TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. NISSAN CORPORATE WAS CONTACTED AND A TECHNICIAN WAS SENT OUT. THE TECHNICIAN AND I DROVE THE VEHICLE AND WE WERE UNABLE TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. IN THEIR CONCLUSION THE VEHICLE IS OPERATING IN NORMAL CONDITIONS. NISSAN CORPORATE WAS CONTACTED AGAIN FOR BUYBACK TO WHICH NISSAN DECLINED AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. EVERY CONTACT TO THE DEALERSHIP OR ANY OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIP TO FIX THIS ISSUE ENDS UP IN NO CALLBACKS OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE. I AM CURRENTLY IN LITIGATION AND AWAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM NISSAN. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT MANY DRIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING WITH NO ACTION FROM NISSAN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. MY DEALER TECHNICIAN "CLEARED THE CODES FOUND FROM THE FIRST INCIDENT BUT HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ELSE BUT TO SUGGEST THAT THE PLACEMENT OF MY EZ-PASS "MIGHT" BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM.I EMAILED THE SERVICE MANAGER TO ASK THEY HE HELP TO FIND A SOLUTION WITH NISSAN AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL.GIVEN THE HISTORY OF THE 2017 AND 2018 ROGUES I AM NOT FEELING SAFE IN THE CAR.

ABOUT A WEEK LATER THE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY KEEP IT FOR TWO DAYS THEY SAY THEY FIXED IT , A WEEK LATER THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON AGAIN, THEY KEEP THE CAR FOR THE THANKSGIVING BREAK AND SAID THE LIGHT NEVER CAME ON AND THE CANT GET A CODE OFF THE LIGHT TO FIX IT IF THEY LIGHT NEVER COMES ON WITH THEM. I TOOK MY TRUCK BACK AND I WASN'T DRIVING FOR FIVE WEEKS. I STARTED BACK DRIVING THE LAST WEEK IN DECEMBER AND THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON.
