The second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies." A damaged seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. A head restraint that is inadvertently removed and not reinstalled can increase the risk of injury during a rear-end crash.
